Agentic Contract Review
Generic Legal AI reads a contract. Our agentic solution knows your organization, your entities, your policy, and your escalation paths. That is why the numbers hold in production.
Slow legal review doesn't cost Legal. It costs the business.
25 reviewers. Contracts in 28 languages, arriving faster than the team could read them. We mapped the process in four weeks, built five agents in eight, and ran the first pilot in three. The manual first pass disappeared. Compliance held. Review time fell 50–70% on the first run. Compliance held above 95%.

Legal review at the speed the business needs it.
We build the solution that makes it happen. The architecture is yours to review before any build budget commits.
50–70% review time reduction
The first-pass review moves from manual to agentic. Legal focuses on decisions instead of reading.
Full audit trail
Every flag, change, and escalation logged, with the policy clause that
triggered it.
Your tenant. Your data.
The solution runs inside your own environment. No contract data leaves.
Five specialized agents
Each agent does one job. Together they replace the manual process end-to-end.
Legal reads the flags. The agents do the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from Harvey, Legora, or Microsoft Word Legal Agent?
Those tools apply a generic playbook to a document. Our system applies your policy, legal entities, jurisdiction-specific rules, and escalation hierarchy to every contract. That is why our compliance rate holds above 95%.
Do we need an existing CLM system to get started?
No. Many of our customers manage contracts in SharePoint or email when we start. The assessment maps what you have, and the architecture works with or without a formal CLM. If a CLM investment makes sense after the pilot, the agent layer we build sits naturally on top of it.
Can it handle contracts in multiple languages and legal jurisdictions?
Yes, and this is exactly where generic tools fall short. The reference engagement covered 28 languages and 30+ legal entities across EMEIA. Jurisdiction-specific policy deviations and local-law rules are built into the policy repository during the assessment.
Where does our contract data go?
Nowhere outside your environment. The solution runs entirely inside your Azure tenant. No contract data is sent to external APIs or third-party services. Full EU data residency by design.
How does it connect to the tools our legal team already uses?
The core review workflow runs inside Microsoft Word — suggested rewording appears as tracked changes, exactly as a lawyer would expect. The solution integrates with SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams for routing and notifications. No new interface to learn for the legal team.
Can we get funding for the assessment?
Yes. If you run the solution on Azure, Microsoft funds the 2–4 week assessment in full, three workshops, a process map, and an architecture document. A significant share of the MVP build cost is offset by the same incentives. We confirm the details in the first conversation.
