How is this different from Azure AI Foundry or building it ourselves?
Azure AI Foundry is a Microsoft-managed catalogue with markup and Microsoft-managed data residency. Building in-house means 3–4 scarce engineers, six-plus months, and owning every outage. The control plane gives you 100+ providers plus self-hosted models in your environment, no markup, and run by us. Live in weeks.
Is the AI Control Plane SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified?
The plane runs on cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) that holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 certification, and it is built from a proven open-source core. Inside your own environment you keep your own audit logs, RBAC, and configurable retention — so the deployment inherits the controls of the tenant it runs in.
Where does our data go?
Nowhere outside your environment. The plane runs inside your own infrastructure. Any cloud, on-prem, or fully air-gapped. With self-hosted models, nothing is transmitted to external clouds you do not control. Full data residency and sovereignty by design.
Which models can we use?
One API in front of 100+ cloud providers, plus any self-hosted open-source or custom model. New models go live within 24 hours of release, and switching is a single parameter. No code to rewrite per provider.
Is there a per-token markup?
No. You pay direct provider pricing with no markup, plus a predictable platform fee. A base monthly fee, a fee per managed model, and a fee per team or user key. No multi-year commitment.
Can it run air-gapped or on-prem?
Yes. The plane is container-based on Kubernetes and runs in AWS, GCP, Azure, on-premise, air-gapped, at the edge, or in EU sovereign datacenters. The most sensitive workloads run fully isolated with local models.
Who runs and maintains it?
We do, by default. We operate, scale, patch, and monitor it 24/7 as your AI Center of Excellence, and add new models within 24 hours. Prefer to run it yourself? Choose self-managed with full handover, and switch to managed later if your needs change. Either way, you keep full control of the platform and your data.
