Know where you stand before you build

Know where you stand before you build

A range of focused, fact-based assessments across cloud, data, and AI. Each shows you what's ready, what's at risk, and what it costs, with a prioritized plan in weeks. A low-commitment place to start.

Assessments that end in production

Enterprise AI usually stalls somewhere between a promising pilot and a system that runs in production. The blocker is usually the foundation underneath: the data, the cloud platform, the governance, and the way it's all operated.

An assessment gives you an honest read on where that foundation stands today, and a prioritized, costed plan to close the gaps. And the team that runs the assessment can build what it recommends and, if you want, operate it, so the plan moves into delivery with no handover and no loss of context.

Assessments

Pick the diagnosis that matches your question. Each one gives you a prioritized plan in weeks, and many are eligible for cloud-provider funding.

Agentic Databricks Health Check

An agent-driven review of your Databricks estate, showing exactly where spend and performance are leaking. You leave with the findings and the fixes in days.

Cloud Migration
Assessment

A fact-based review of your estate and workloads: what to move, what to rebuild, and what it costs to stay as you are. You leave with a prioritized migration plan.

Well-Architected
Review

A structured review of your workloads against the five pillars: security, reliability, performance, cost, and operations. You leave with prioritized, concrete fixes.

Sovereign Cloud
Assessment

A clear map of where your data lives, who can reach it, and your exposure under tightening EU and Nordic rules. You leave with a remediation path for regulated environments.

Cloud-provider funding

Certified, and funded where possible

We hold the certifications and partner status that make an assessment credible, and that often make it cheaper. As a recognised Microsoft and AWS partner, we can tap provider funding programs that subsidise eligible assessments, so you get a rigorous review at a lower cost, sometimes at none at all. We check your eligibility before we start.

Azure

A Microsoft partner with Azure specialisations across data, AI, and infrastructure. Many Azure assessments qualify for Microsoft-funded programs that cover part, or all, of the cost.

AWS

A certified AWS partner and Well-Architected Review partner. AWS funding programs can offset the cost of eligible migration and Well-Architected assessments.

"With VetFinder, we had a great idea for AI-powered veterinary search and a lot of data, but we didn’t have the capacity to step back and build it properly. Redeploy became an extension of our tech team — hands-on, challenging assumptions, bringing new ideas, and showing us what’s actually possible on top of a solid data foundation."

What happens after?

Every assessment ends the same way: a clear, prioritized picture of where you stand, and a concrete plan for what to do next. What's in that plan depends on the assessment, from a costed migration roadmap to a risk-ranked architecture report, and each assessment page spells out its own deliverable.

When you're ready to act on it, the same team builds what the assessment recommends. You can run the result yourself or have us operate it for you.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to commit to a platform?

No. An assessment stands on its own. Most clients use it to decide what to build next, and whether to build at all.

How long does it take?

Most consultant-led assessments deliver a clear picture and a prioritized plan within weeks.

Which clouds do you cover?

Azure and AWS, with genuine multi-cloud and Databricks capability. We stay vendor-independent, so the architecture serves your requirements.

What do I get, and what does it cost?

You get a prioritized report and a clear plan for what to do next. The exact deliverable is set out on each assessment's page. We agree on the scope with you before we start, and many assessments are eligible for cloud-provider funding that can reduce or cover the cost.
