Cloud Migration Assessment

We assess your environment and hand you a clear, calculated roadmap to Azure, AWS, or both: what to migrate, what to modernize, and what it saves.

Book your assessment

A secure, cost-efficient move, to the cloud that fits

The assessment gives you the foundation for faster adoption, lower cost, and lower risk, grounded in Microsoft's and AWS's own best practices.

Readiness & inventory overview

A full map of your servers, workloads, and dependencies, so nothing breaks or runs oversized.

Total cost of
ownership

A clear view of what your environment will cost in the cloud, today, and as you grow, so the business case holds

Cost-optimization recommendations

Practical ways to save: right-sizing, pricing models, reserved capacity, and licensing tuned to your target cloud

Actionable migration roadmap

A phased plan with timelines, costs, priorities, and workloads right-sized to real performance data.

The process

Three steps to a clear path

The same disciplined method whichever cloud you're heading to.

01 · Discovery

We get clear on your technical and business requirements, budget, and migration goals, the foundation for a move that doesn't disrupt operations.

02 · Analysis

We assess your workloads, applications, and data to map dependencies, optimizations, and security needs, a complete view of how ready you are to migrate.

03 · Roadmap

You get a tailored roadmap: migration strategy, workload priorities, cost analysis, and modernization opportunities, a clear path to your target cloud.

Funded migration programs, on either cloud

Both Microsoft and AWS run structured, partner-led migration programs that can help offset the cost of moving. As a certified partner on both, we run the assessment within the right program for your target cloud and handle the paperwork with the hyperscaler.

Azure Migrate and Modernize

We use Azure Migrate to map your dependencies and measure real performance. From there we assess and plan your move under Microsoft's Cloud Adoption and Well-Architected Frameworks, so the roadmap is built on proven practice and real data.

AWS: Migration Acceleration Program (MAP)

We run MAP's Assess phase under the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework. You get a migration readiness assessment, a total-cost-of-ownership model, and a per-workload plan, with every decision backed by evidence before you move.

A specialized partner on both clouds

We're a certified Microsoft Solution Partner and an AWS Advanced Tier Partner, with deep infrastructure and database migration experience. We use each hyperscaler's own adoption and architecture frameworks to guide a compliant, low-risk move.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you assess migrations to Azure, AWS, or both?

Both. We're certified on each platform and assess whichever you're moving to, including cases where the right answer is a mix. We help you choose the target that fits your workloads, not the one that suits us.

How long does an assessment take?

Usually, a couple of weeks. For accurate right-sizing, we sometimes monitor your environment for around a month to gather real performance data before making recommendations.

Is there funding to help with the cost?

Often, yes. Both Microsoft and AWS run programs that can offset migration costs through funding or credits. The amount depends on your workloads and is released against milestones, so we'll assess what your environment qualifies for and handle the process with the provider.

Which workloads can be migrated?

A wide range of Windows and Linux servers, SQL and open-source databases, SAP, Oracle, high-performance compute, and legacy or mainframe workloads that need modernizing. The assessment classifies each workload and recommends whether to rehost, replatform, or refactor it.

What do we get at the end?

A complete inventory, a total-cost-of-ownership model, cost-optimization recommendations, and a phased, costed migration roadmap. Everything you need to decide with confidence and start moving.
