Redeploy among Sweden's fastest-growing consultancies in Konsultkollen 2026

Cinode's annual Konsultkollen ranking, based on 2025 annual reports from more than 350 Swedish IT, management and engineering consultancies, shows an industry that stood still. Average revenue growth was 1.2 percent, and headcount fell for the first time since 2020.

Redeploy ranked fifth in Sweden for revenue growth and third for headcount growth. Operating margin rose at the same time, putting Redeploy among the few companies on the list that grew fast and became more profitable.

In numbers: revenue grew 68.6 percent to 177 MSEK, the team went from 52 to 98 people, and operating margin rose from 5.0 to 9.2 percent. The industry average was 1.2 percent growth.

The results earned Redeploy two Konsultkollen badges: Tillväxtraket (Growth Rocket) for revenue and Tillväxtraket for headcount.
